If you tried to register for the Alumni Wharton Connect site by following the link on the Support Portal's Account Transition page, you may have gotten this error:
"There has been some sort of error . . . "
This means you are already registered in the system. You should be able to log in at http://www.whartonconnect.com and use the credentials you created when you registered. If you've forgotten them, you can click on the Forgot Password? link on that page.
If you are confident that you are entering the correct credentials, try clearing the browser cache and try again before resetting your password.
