Getting complete headers from an email message


The quickest way for Wharton Computing to diagnose issues with a specific e-mail is to use its mail headers.   If you’re contacting Student Computing about a mail problem, please use this Gmail help article to help you locate the message headers from your email providers. Once you have them, copy them and send them to, along with a description of the problem.
