Getting complete headers from an email message


The quickest way for Wharton Computing to diagnose issues with a specific e-mail is to use its mail headers.   If you’re contacting Student Computing about a mail problem, please use this Gmail help article to help you locate the message headers from your email providers. Once you have them, copy them and send them to support@wharton.upenn.edu, along with a description of the problem.
