How do I log-in?


How do I change my password?

You can change your password from the My Account section on SPIKE (http://spike.wharton.upenn.edu ) or by going to https://app.wharton.upenn.edu//accounts/password/

How do I forward my Wharton account to another mail account?

You can forward your Wharton account to any personal email account that you have by going to the My Account section on SPIKE (http://spike.wharton.upenn.edu)

I already have a personal Google account. How can I manage two or more accounts?

You can be signed into both a Google@Wharton and personal Google account. See Google’s documentation on Using Multiple Accounts .

When I try to sign in to my email the following comes up: "The Outlook Web App address https://webmail.wharton.upenn.edu/owa is out of date

If your email is being provided by Google@Wharton ( am I using Google@Wharton?), either make sure you are logged into SPIKE before clicking the Gmail link, or follow the directions above to log in.

How can I get help with Google@Wharton?

Google has help available by clicking the little gear icon in the upper-right corner of the page and selecting Help from the drop down menu. If you are unable to find the answer to your question there please visit the Wharton Student Support portal.
