Room Reservations: Less than 3 days in Advance

Since all room requests must be submitted at least 72 business hours prior to the event, your request will not be accepted.

However, there are some other options that may be available to you:

  1. You can meet in any open area of Huntsman, such as the Baker Forum or MBA Lounge (as long as a special event is not underway).
  2. You can request space in other parts of campus by contacting the Perelman Quadrangle, located in Houston Hall Room 307: http://www.perelmanquad.com/.
  3. If possible you can reschedule your meeting and submit your request through SPIKE more than 72 business hours in advance.

For requests more than 72 hours in advance, see Reserving Rooms.

Remember that you can also reserve rooms in Van Pelt Library and Education Commons. However, study rooms at these locations do not have Wharton computers.
