Currently, there are several different ways to access a group account on Wharton email systems. How you do it depends on which email system is hosting the account, and which email system hosts your account.
Student Group Accounts are now hosted on the Google@Wharton platform. To access these accounts, use the following directions.
After you have been granted access to the shared account you will receive an email from Google asking you to accept access to the account. After you have accepted access, do the following to access the account.
- Log in to your Wharton Gmail account.
- Click your account photo (located in the upper-right corner of the page).
- From the drop-down menu, select the desired delegated account. A new window or tab will open displaying the delegated account.
Some group accounts have moved to the new PennO365 email service, available to faculty and staff. To access these group accounts, you should contact the sponsoring faculty or staff member for login directions.
